Dick York
Dick grew up on his grandfather and uncle’s farm, and even though he pursued other career paths, he couldn’t get farming out of the blood. He started Nature’s Circle Farm in 1996 with his son Jamie, on only two acres, and the rest is history.
Nicholas Fitzpatrick
Nicholas is a 7th generation potato farmer. His ancestors moved from Ireland to farm the fertile Aroostook soil. He’s been with Nature’s Circle since 2015 and is General Manager and part owner.
Francis Fitzpatrick
Francis is a 5th generation potato farmer and Nicholas’ grandfather. He is a vital part of our farm!
Rusty Watson
Rusty has been with the farm since 2015. He is our invaluable truck driver and mechanic.
Meg York
Meg started working for the family farm in 2004, now a business owner and marketing and sales manager.
Charles (Chuck) Jackman
Chuck is our Packing Shed Manager. He comes with a strong background in trucking, mechanics, and management. He’s been a US Forest Firefighter for years and volunteers on the local fire department. He and his wife Angelina have five children and a granddaughter. Chuck is a great addtion to the team.
Mike Tomer
Mike started out on the weeding crew way back in 2015. He is one of our all-around, long-term employees.
Nick Preston
Hired in 2018 as a laborer, Preston’s skills shined through immediately. He is now our Shop and Equipment Manager.
Mike Fitzpatrick
Mike is a 6th generation potato farmer and Nicolas’ father. He helps us out part-time and is an amazing resource and huge asset to the farm.
Myron Slauenwhite
Myron has been with Nature’s Circle since 2016 as an equipment operator and all-around great worker.
Luke McMannus
We were lucky to gain Luke as an employee in 2021 as a very skilled technician and equipment operator.
Matt Smarr
Matt started working in the greenhouse with his mother June. He’s been with us off and on since he was knee-high to a grasshopper!
Joseph Scott
He’s been working for the farm since he was a wee one, since he’s Meg’s son and Dick’s grandson. He’s been on weeding crews and picked squash, cabbage, and potatoes. He has been most recently helping his grandfather with planting and cultivation.
Derek Doughty
Derek joined our team in 2021, and has been an our most dependable employee! You can always count on Derek to come to work on time and work hard. He can be found just about anywhere on the farm performing all sorts of tasks.
David Carpenter
David is a welcome addition to the crew, he is our Warehouse Coordinator.
Brody Little
Another one of our awesome high schoolers, Brody is such a hard worker with a positive attitude. He saved up his earnings to buy this truck!
Melissa York
Melissa is another member of the family who helps out with website design and field scouting.
